This is a small independent guide to the show at the Dancing Water Theatre, not the operator's ticket desk. It compares the booking options and explains how the production works. It cannot hold, alter, or issue a seat; the live booking page handles that.
Some questions arrive far more often than others:
- Prices move. The box office face values sit in patacas, 698 for Gallery up to 1,598 for Golden Circle, while the booking figure near $54.95 per person shifts and is only a recent reading. If a number here no longer matches the live listing, send a note and it gets checked.
- The theatre goes dark on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the show pauses again for a stretch in September 2026. The live booking page shows which dates actually have performances before plans get built around them.
- Details at the resort shift. A restaurant at City of Dreams closes, an extra showtime appears, or a seat zone is reconfigured. A short note from someone just back from Cotai beats a search result, so please send one.
- Corrections to the detail are welcome too: how the nine booking options map onto the five seat zones, that the splash area is rows A and B of every section, or what the VVIP boxes at the venue's own box office actually cost. Small fixes keep the guide honest.
- Anything the FAQ leaves unanswered, such as which of the nine seat options suits a particular evening at the theatre.

Our Replies
Replies are written by hand and take a little time. A stale seat-zone price or a dark-date detail that no longer holds gets checked against the box office face values and the live listing, then fixed on the page. Larger questions, like whether splash rows A and B suit a visitor who wants to stay dry, take longer to answer, and the answer usually lands on the site itself so every reader benefits. There is no newsletter, nothing is sold afterwards, and email addresses are never shared.
What This Page Cannot Do
This page cannot act on an order. No seat is held, no date is moved, no payment is taken. The box office at City of Dreams sells at its face values in Macanese patacas, and the booking options are sold on the live booking page this site links to. Both of those sit outside this site, so anything involving money or a reservation has to go to the seller, not here.
If you already hold a ticket, start with your confirmation email. It carries the voucher scanned at the Dancing Water Theatre, and the seller's own channel is the only one able to act on an order already placed. Writing here cannot alter a purchase, and it is fairer to say so up front than to leave a message sitting while a showtime passes. This site exists to compare options and answer questions before you book.
Two details settle most questions before an email is needed. First, which day the visit falls on, because the theatre is dark every Monday and Tuesday. Second, which showtime that date runs, since performances sit at 16:30 and 19:30 and some dates carry the afternoon show alone. Check both against the live booking page before travelling to Cotai.
For the practical ground, the FAQ covers showtimes, the Monday and Tuesday dark days, and how the seat zones work. The nine booking options sit on the homepage.
